Our 10 Spice Blend is a special blend of 10 traditional spices used in Ghanaian cooking and generally in West African cooking. These spices include: Nkitinkiti(aniseed), Ginger, Rosemary, Pepre(Cloves), Black Pepper, Curry Powder, Onion, White Pepper, Salt and Garlic. These spices have been blended in special proportions to give a good taste when used in cooking. The blend is so versatile that it can be equalled to an all purpose spice. Use it in stews, soups or to season chicken, fish, meat or vegetables. It contains no preservatives, no MSG, no additives but all natural ingredients
